We booked the King Suite for one night as a family of 5. The room was exactly like the photos - large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean, and we even played billiards. The next morning, we took the bicycles for a ride around the city and Nuwara Wewa. The breakfast was excellent, with both Sri Lankan and English options. The staff, especially Senadeera, were friendly and attentive. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Couldn't stay longer.

Good location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. The room was huge and new-fashioned with good facilities. In general the staff were accommodating and pleasant.

I appreciated my room - reasonably large and beautifully designed with 3 king beds. The property has a favourable location, really close to religious sites from here, centre and the nuwara wewa.

The hotel is surrounded by various landmarks which is quite convenient to explore. Rooms are spacious and clean with excellent amenities including TV, fridge and a hair dryer. The staff is friendly, helpful and provided useful information about the area. Additionally, the pool was clean and refreshing.

The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety compared to other hotels in the area.

We had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving break! The guest services provided us with lovely modern rooms with plenty of space and chic decor. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also terrific, situated near the center of town and not too far from the main roads. the swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

That the dinner menu lacked variety, and we had a few issues with the bathroom facilities. However, these issues were quickly resolved by the helpful and attentive staff.

We had a great time here! the staff were lovely and always ready to help us. We enjoyed two complementary meals and the large pool was fantastic on hot days. the location was convenient for visiting religious sites. Hiring bikes from the hotel made it easy to explore, even with kids.

Our room at Bella Vista was absolutely amazing. It was meticulously designed and had all the necessary amenities, including a good Wi-Fi connection, TV, fridge, and even a hair dryer. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and attentive, promptly addressing any minor issues we had during our stay. Although we didn't have enough time to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. I had a very satisfying experience at Bella Vista and would definitely recommend it to others.
